Thanks for the hits

  I have done a lot of thinking over the past few weeks, and I have decided that due to a lack of time, resources, and enthusiasm, I am pulling the plug on my Missouri Baseball site.
  When I started doing this, I was the official baseball site at Mizzou. And the official soccer site. And half of the web team. In order to get the word out, I had to go off on my own to provide the space and functionality. Guys like Matt Simon at Texas A&M and Craig Gowens at Texas and I were pretty much the only sources for Big XII baseball on the Internet.
  Since that time, the University has started mutigers.com, and they are finally able to provide information in a timely fashion. This season, that's something that I cannot do. And if I'm unable to put forth the effort, it is best to gracefully step aside.

  For spirited discussion about Tiger sports, I endorse The TigerBoard. Nick and Dave have done a great job with their BBS. There is an All Sports Board that is a good place to discuss the baseball squad.
  And the Big XII is finally getting up to speed on the web. The latest in baseball information can be found at their official site.
  Please keep supporting Tiger baseball. I am going to do my best to be out at Simmons as much as I can. Maybe Tex Little and I will sit together and share some old stories. And possibly, the enthusiasm will come back. Maybe even bringing the web site back.
